DC, its People, its Sceneries : When I travel, people interest me as much as the tourist attraction itself. My trip to Washington DC was no exception. Atop the open-top bus tours, I had the bird's eye view of people on the street. Camera used: Canon 40D with a 70-200 f4 lens.

Cherry Blossoms, Arlington : My husband and I were fortunate to be in DC when the cherry blossoms are in bloom. We were there for 6 days. The rain started the day we flew in; the sun came out the day we flew out. In between, either it was pouring rain or the pale sun would tease us for an hour or so. Overall, it was still a wonderful cherry blossoms experience for us. Cameras used: Canon G9, Canon 40D. Lens: Canon 4.5, 70-200mm, Canon 2.8, 24-70mm
